"I came that they may have life and have it abundantly"
My journey into health and nutrition began when my son was 6 months old. He struggled with sleep, was extremely irritable, had a distended belly, and eczema on his cheeks, legs and arms that would not leave no matter how many different creams or ointments we tried. We saw many doctors who, unfortunately, were not able to help us and only recommended different prescriptions to no avail.
These issues grew on-going for over 6 months and we were desperate for help as all other avenues had led to dead ends and his symptoms grew more severe. We were blessed when a close family friend came for a visit and noticed his symptoms. She told us about particular nutritional changes, which she herself had undertaken due to her own health issues and through which she had seen great improvements. We were so desperate that that very night we got ingredients and started reading as much as we could about this protocol.
Within three days of drinking meat stock, our son started sleeping through the night, which seemed utterly miraculous to us, and within three months he had caught up on all the developmental milestones he had been behind on. We could not believe the difference!

Even family members commented on how active and happy he was, "as though he had come out of a fog". We truly believe changing our diet saved our son from much more severe health and developmental damage he may have experienced later in life.
Restoration can truly take place when we give our bodies the right fuel. As the old adage goes: "You are what you eat!" Through this personal and difficult journey, I've become passionate about helping others in their own health and nutritional struggles. I would be honoured to listen to your story, walk alongside you and help you discover practical, nourishing ways to support yourself - body, mind and spirit. If you are feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or simply unsure where to begin, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together we can journey toward greater health so you can live your most abundant life.

"I came that they may have life and have it abundantly"
- John 10:10
Your body, designed in God’s divine image, is purposed for greatness. We are embodied souls, and both are gifts from God, and both have dignity and worth. To neglect either is to neglect what God has entrusted to us. The way we care for our bodies can then become an expression of gratitude and honour toward God, the Giver of all good gifts.
This does not mean pursuing perfection or following a one-size-fits-all formula, but paying attention to your unique needs — especially in light of your responsibilities, stresses, circumstances, and rhythms of life. It includes giving your body the nourishment, movement, rest, and care it needs to flourish. Your body is not something to overcome or merely use, it is part of who you are, and it is a temple of the Holy Spirit.
St. Francis of Assisi offers a beautiful image for how we might relate to the body. He affectionately referred to his body as “Brother Ass,” recognizing both its dignity and its limitations. Like a good caretaker, we are called to treat the body prudently: use it, feed it, rest it, and care for it—without either abusing it or allowing it to rule us. The goal is not obsession with the body, but stewardship.
When we nourish and care for our bodies wisely, we honour the gift God has given us and create greater capacity to love, serve, work, rest, and live fully. You were created not merely to survive, but to thrive and live the abundant life God intended for you.
Your body is a gift. Your body has purpose. And caring for it can be an act of worship.
